Sex and the City - 6 years of making
Dug out DVD sets of "Sex and the City" to play in background while using laptop until 4th of July fireworks start later at night.
Certainly helped put HBO in the map in late '90s, kept many guys and dolls gathering w/ 'Sex and the City Night' gathering. And, now it makes Amazon and likes pretty rich, and pretty soon, too.
What used to be some $40.00 per season DVD now is less than $600/entire 6 season on Amazon: Sex and the City - The Complete Series (Seasons 1-6).
Only in 1st season so far, and there are small glimps of NYC here and there, including the famous twin tower before it went down during 911. But there are what we'd fantasize the big apple would mean, vibrant, adventurous and youthful.
Sarah Jessica's narrative voice is pretty good.
